I graduated from Saint Joseph’s College in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. After graduation, I was an elementary music teacher for 11 years with ten of those years in the Merrillville Community School Corporation. I earned my Master of Education in School Counseling from Purdue University Northwest in 2019. I was the counselor at LaCrosse High School from 2018 to 2022 and now am the counselor for Tri-Township Elementary and Tri-Township High School. My family includes my husband, Andrew, and our two miniature dachshunds Benjamin and Lilly. In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to music, creating art, and playing video games.
